Talented young organists take the stage!
The second concert of the 2006/07 Pipe Works series will be held on 30 November 2006, 8pm, at the Orchard Road Presbyterian Church. This concert will feature Alphonsus Chern, Melissa Goh and Yoo Ji Eun, three talented young performers from the Singapore Chapter of the American Guild of Organists (Singapore AGO). Despite coming from very diverse backgrounds, these three organists share the same passion for the King of Instruments, and revel in the exquisite spectrum of tonal colours offered by organ music. The concert evening promises to be a delightful one, as they bring to the audience works by Bach, Buxtehude, Dupre, Franck, Widor, and more.
